What, indeed!
When we were middle/high schoolers, we used to play SSBB on my Wii in the basement of my childhood home. There were a lot of shenanigans and I used to take a fireaxe out of the boiler room to freak out the guys, and one of them would point at Pit doing his Final Smash saying, “doesn’t it look like he’s yelling, cosmic tumor?” because of the ugly ass cherubs around him. And he’d yell, “COSMIC TUMORRRRR” whenever Pit did it.
Well, suffice it to say, he died from a brain tumor at age 15.
A few years later, I was coming up with a new handle, and I guess I used cosmic tumor in memory of him. And that’s that, I suppose.
